Neolithic Revolution
When people learned to farm and domesticate (train) animals, a new stage of development was achieved. People could stay in one place and develop permanent communities. The Neolithic Revolution helped humanity transition from a nomadic lifestyle during the Old Stone Age (Paleolithic Age) to village life in the New Stone Age (Neolithic Age) and eventual city life.
